The second drum does several things for this robot:
1) It makes it twice as deadly and one drum should always be spinning full speed ready to hit the opponent.
2) It’s better to have two weapons rather than just adding more armor.
3) The two spinning drums cancel the gyroscopic force (minotaur effect) which means we can spin full speed and still turn without leaving the ground
4) It gives us different options to counter another robots attachments by having multiple drum styles and wedges/forks”
