Shame not ot tv any more, I stopped watching
Episode 2 is getting better (cameras angles , post production) first episode was quite badly filmed. Defenitly not the same quality than before. However now it’s free. I suppose we cannot have the cake and eat it too. Keep the improvement for next episodes. Would be a good idea to do a partnership with Amazon/ Disney / Netflix so that they could up the budget and better the quality.

Skorpios was made to kill horizontal spinners, but I think that Mad Catter has a good chance of taking the overall win.

Bring it back to the Discovery Channel. Then bring us the episodes we have missed 
Would you like a novel that features the building of robots such as can be seen in "Battlebots"? Then buy and read "The boy who loved robots" (available from both Amazon and Barnes ands Noble) and " and then recommend it to your frirends.

It would be nice to have a similar format when it was on discovery. I loved having the bot builders talk strategies leading up to the fight. The bots being introduced, and building up the excitement. Now it’s just video clips of the fights. I hope they find a TV channel to pick it up, or find a way to improve it on YouTube. I always thought BB fits perfectly for Curiosity Channel. Anyway good luck, keep going and evolving.

Good idea! A lawnmower should be good practice for the two undercutters they're facing. 
Didn't everyone beat the s*** out of the lawnmower the last couple seasons that aired? 
It's unfortunate that this series ended; they really had something with the emcee announcers and crew not to mention the robot teams. All the current promoters really are able to do from this point is essentially re-live past events. I've been involved with advanced RC projects, amateur mechanics and machining for many years and while I was tempted to get involved (and certain friends kept prodding!) I don't believe I could stand losing! The series sure was fun to watch while it lasted.

I might be crazy for saying this but I wouldn’t really call Roundhouse and Calypso rookie bots. They both from experienced teams so this faceoffs heat will be amazing. Who ever wins will have not had an easy path to victory

Guys....I appreciate the post but there needs to be a post in YouTube about the timing of these episodes from. Will Bales to set our expectations. It's been a month between episodes and that is hurting Battlebots brand and legitimacy. Do they need help? I'm sure us superfans and professionals would be willing to help move faceoffs along.

So what does Orbitron's AI do? I've seen it fight a few times now and don't see it doing anything unusual. I DO like the double vert spinners, doubling the flywheel torque for each weapon.

BattleBots I enjoyed last week's episode with more builder content and seeing the damage after some of the fights. It would be nice though to either have the full episode each week, or drop part 2 at the weekend so we're not waiting a week for just 2 fights. I think you're more likely to get good views and people coming back for future episodes if we get to see all the fights, that's what's implied in the video title as well.

Then BattleBots tells contestants you can't stop attacking if competitors bot is still moving (even if it clear they don't have a chance). Then a new bot (Riptide) shows up and whips asses, and everyone cries....... boohoo babies

Miss the "old" format for Battle Bots. Just isn't the same at all !
Tried watching it. Nowhere as good as the tv series.
Part one was so disappointing I probably won't bother with the rest of the season. 4 matches and they did not even show the whole match, just the first minute and the finish. No judges, non existent crowd determines who won. Very hard to even watch.
Can't wait for Part 2 GO Hypershock !

They need more viewership and right now they need numbers. US! We need to spread the word and help grow the numbers. I

If Tomestone put a ball or something like ( ) that on the top and the bottom of the bot that should help keep the blade from hitting the the floor after an attack from behind or sides
I absolutely cn not figure out why Ray lets the guy drive tombstone. He is HORRIBLE at it.
